23 year old male had sustained a trauma to his nose, causing severe nasal obstruction, and deviation to the right.  This interfered with his ability to perform with his competitive dance group.

He had a septoplasty and open structure rhinoplasty with nasal septal cartilage grafting: spreader grafts, caudal septal extension graft, batten graft, and soft tissue onlay. He had an inferior turbinate reduction.

His breathing was even better than his pre-trauma state; however, he noticed some contour irregularities and desired his dorsal hump to be addressed.

He underwent a revision endonasal rhinoplasty with hump reduction, additional cartilage and soft tissue grafting to improve his contours.

9 months after his first surgery he maintains excellent nasal breathing and he is pleased with the shape of his nose. He has returned to competitive dance without restriction.
