Rhinoplasty with Rib Case #2007

62 year old female with lifelong history of collapsing on both sides of her nose when she breaths in. She does not like the shape of her nose: large flared nostrils, dorsal hump, pinched middle vault, and dynamically hanging tip.

Septoplasty and Open structure rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting: spreader grafts, caudal septal extension graft, lateral crural strut grafts with repositioning, batten graft, and soft tissue onlay.

3 months later she has improved support of her lateral nasal walls. She enjoys a softer, more feminine look with less nostril flaring, straight dorsum, gentle contours to the sidewalls, and near-invisible scar early in her recovery.
