Rhinoplasty Case #2006

21 year old male who was struck in the face playing basketball. The nose was deviated to the right with a dorsal hump. He also had obstruction of nasal breathing due to septal deviation.

Septoplasty and Open structure rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting: spreader grafts, batten graft, and soft tissue onlay.

After a month he has improved nasal breathing and his nose is straighter inside and outside without significant change to the shape of his nose, maintaining a masculine look.
